Our college aims at training young men and women of quality with knowledge and skills to be leaders in all walks of life. We hope that they will play a vital role in bringing about the desired changes for the betterment of the people of our country. We also strive to educate young men and women to serve society in justice, truth and love with vigor and moral rectitude in which the youth of our country may find their fulfillment and achieve greatness as eminent men and women of service.
In this aspect, we try to impart knowledge oriented education through the regular curriculum, skill oriented education through various support service activities, job oriented education through entrepreneurial systems and value oriented education through the existing value based education.
A shift in attitude can make big differences.
We also adopt advantages of using modern tools and technological innovations in the day-to-day-life and the corresponding changes in the use of new technologies, for teaching learning and governance. The campus community makes use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) optimally. Conscious effort is also needed to invest in hardware and to orient the faculty suitably. We also contribute to nation-building and skills development of students.
Our institution provides higher educational opportunities to the marginalized in and around the rural area of Tenkasi. The agricultural people are empowered through our institutional social responsibility system available in the campus. As per the government guidelines and the accrediting agencies, we strive hard to provide quality high education to the rural area people of this locality.
Your education here, in our college and outside it, during your time here and long after you graduate, will help you find certainty. The true hallmark of that education would be one “by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand on one’s own feet.” So, seek out that education, discover that truth and remember to use it well.
