Mrs.Seeniammal, HOD, Department of E&C along with her students attended the National Seminar held at V.V.College of Engineering, Thisaiyanvilai on 04.09.2019. A,Charumathi and R.Nachiyar presented paper ,D.Prathiba,M.Shyamaladevi and S.Tamilarasi participated in Debugging and A.Kavipriya and K.Vennila participated in the Best Manager event.
Twenty four students from the department of physics visited the Science Expo at Francis Xavier Engineering College, Palayamkottai on 07.09.2019.
Onam was celebrated joyously in our campus in the traditional way with a beautiful “POOKKOLAM”. Competitions in Rangoli were held and prizes were distributed. Dr.S.L.Rayar, our Principal, Dr.Rajkumar, Principal, J.P.College of Engineering, Rev.Sr.Alangaram, Administrator and Rev.Sr.Gnanakkannu, Campus Superior graced the occasion.
E. Easther Jabarani of EC participated a two days conference on “Reading Tamil Palm Leaves Manuscripts” organized by world Tamil research organization, Chennai and A.P.C. Mahalakeshmi college for Women, Tuticorin from 12-09-19 to 13-09-19.
Our NSS students, T. Bharath Vignesh of II Bcom (G) A section from NSS Unit-192 and E.Esther Jebarani of II BSc EC from NSS Unit- 202 attended MS University selection trails for Pre-Republic Day Parade Camp at 19.09.2019.
Our students from department of English, Ms.Divan Thasneem, Ms.Magdhum Thajul, Ms.Mary Thomas, Mr.Adhi Vignesh, Mr.Jayabharathi, Mr.Sathish, Mr.Arihara Susan won the first prize for Skit in the Inter-collegiate competition “ Shishyas 2k19” which was organized by Srimad Andavan Arts & Science college, Trichy. Our students were presented with a golden ticket to contest in the finals “Shishyas 2020”.
